Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-VA office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-VA management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of 4 yr course preferably in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism.
  • Excellent and Professional verbal and written English Communication skills and Telephone manner. Calling Australian companies speaking to Event organizers and Executive Assistants for
  • high-level management
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent client relationship building skills over the phone. Personally able and the ability to build rapport quickly

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales planning

  • Research your allocated client’s competitors in conjunction with the Sales Manager, including obtaining information on room rates, function business and positive and negative attributes of competitors.
  • Identify target accounts to prospect via internet and telesales activities.
  • Develop sales call strategies and tactics based on market knowledge and sales strategy.
  • Update CRM daily to record details of contact made with accounts.
  • Establish call cycles for follow up on all leads.
  • Follow up on the day on all sales inquiries and sales leads from HA staff & clients.

Sales Calls

  • Represent HA clients with the utmost professional and solution focused attitude always.
  • Make clear, professional and articulate sales calls to prospective clients on behalf of HA clients.
  • Make sales calls according to agreed call cycles and the clients Sales Activity Plan.
  • Adopt appropriate selling techniques to maximise sales.
  • Develop mutual trust and confidence with target account representatives through the demonstration of personal and professional integrity.
  • Encourage feedback from target accounts and pro-actively seek market intelligence.
  • Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into the database
  • Share market intelligence with Sales Manager / Managing Director in the weekly sales report

 

Sales Activity Reporting

  • For Accommodation clients; Review Daily Reservation Activity reports ensuring property leads are identified and actioned.
  • For Function clients; ensure all leads the property passes on or past function reports are qualified, and business is sought after.
  • Identify actions required to deliver the maximum level of sales at the best possible price for corporate clients.
  • Review all activities and incorporate results into future sales planning.
  • Fill out any excel spreadsheets with highlights on sales calls for weekly client reporting.
  • Complete a weekly sales report with outcomes against KPI’s
  • Maintain the Hospitality Associates CRM database.

Other duties:

  • Work collaboratively with clients of Hospitality Associates to develop and enhance sales outcomes.
  • Undertake other duties within the scope of your skills, competence, and training as directed.
