We provide clients based in Australia, NZ, US & UK with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. Our team members work in the Go-Va office in Cebu or ResourceFull office in Clark and have direct contact with their clients on a daily basis, who select, train & QA them in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management is on site to support them.

We are still a young company and celebrate our 4th anniversary in May, we currently employ over 330 team members and on track to employ 500 by December 2018. We have had operations in Clark since July 2017.

I’m looking for an HR strategist to work directly with me to oversee the HR, Recruitment & Daily operations of our Clark Office. This is a newly created role created from our growth and to help drive the company to our goal of 1000 team members. Are you up for the ride??

You will contribute to our growth by:

• Evaluating current HR departments and assist me in the restructure to improve performance and service levels to employees
• Provide mentoring and training to current HR team
• Review current process and procedures and make recommendations for improvement
• Review job descriptions, KPI’s and capabilities of the current internal team
• Enhance employee engagement strategies with out of the box ideas (seriously, I like to do things differently)
• Assist me in the setup and structure of new business ventures in the Philippines (you will never be bored)
• Monitor performance of recruitment team to meet client SLA’s
• Responsible for the building of the HR knowledge base articles (everything should be documented and easy to find for everyone)
• Client liaison
• Responsible for the daily management and running of the office
• An already established team of 2 to support you (you won’t be doing this alone)

Key skills and qualifications:

• Passionate about building a positive college
• Embrace change and live for process improvement
• 10+ years experience in a strategic HR role
• College graduate (preferred)
• Must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus on the job.
• Highly organized and possess a high level of administrative ability to effectively manage digital paperwork.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Apps
