JOB DESCRIPTION

Php 25,000 gross / Month + 20% Night Differential,Private Medical Insurance + 1 dependent, 15 days leave, Monthly Dinner & Lunch. Join Us!

Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

K.P.I’s

Top 3 Key goals and targets to be met by G0-VA and the employee.

• 5 calls per hour (Salesforce report indicating the number of cases/productive states in the ACD)
• NPS – Greater than 30%. Customers are provided with the opportunity to complete a post-call survey for each interaction. The results are collated by Agen
• Quality monitoring score greater than 80% based on 8 quality scores in the first month of operation and 4 per month subsequently.

Primary Tasks

• Calls – The Client will exclude VIP calls
• Emails – Agents will be assigned simpler cases from the general queue.

GO TO TASKS

• Review identification documents provided by the client’s customers.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to work on a Night Shift or Graveyard shift.
• Possible weekend schedule work
