Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. About the Role

• Do you love social media and have an obsession with Facebook?

You will be required to:

• Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, publish and share content on different social media platforms.
• Increase visibility of company’s social content.
• Optimise company pages within each platform.
• Moderate content in line with moderation policy for each community.
• Create editorial calendars.
• Capture, analyse and convert social metrics into data.
• Provide community management on all social media platforms.

You will have the following:

• Proven work experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Adequate knowledge of SEO.
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, customer orientated.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
• AB graduate in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.

• Google Tag Manager
• Google AdWords
• Campaign Monitor
