Invoice Specialist/ Data Entry Full Time

Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in Go-VA office in Cebu.Established in 2014, GO-VA has experienced 300% growth in the last 12 months. Due to this growth, a newly created position of Financial Controller is required.

We currently employ over 420 people across two cities, Cebu & Clark and growing fast.

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Issue invoices to customers
• Update the customer master file with contact information
• Track invoice register
• Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
• Update Database

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Graduate of Management Accounting or any related course
• Quick Learner
• High Attention Detail
• Deadline driven
• Advantage: Saleforce experience & XERO accounting software
