Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. About You and The Role

Recruiter/Sourcing (Digital/IT), operating on the Candidate side end to end, focussing on proactive sourcing and delivery of candidates for live roles and upcoming roles. You will be supporting two friendly, directors working on major accounts.Ideally, you will have exposure to recruiting or a sales background.
If you do not have any Sales experience but have the right attitude you will still be considered.

• You are a natural collaborator and know how to prioritize requirements.
• You have a can-do attitude that can listen and retain information.
• You are proactive in your approach.
• Passionate and interested in Business, IT, Start-ups and hitting targets.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Common roles you’d be placing would be Software Developers, DBA’s, Cloud / DevOps Engineers, Deployment or Delivery managers, Scrum Masters & Product Managers
This role has the potential in the future to move into a Manager position for you to manage other candidate resources as we grow.
