Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

This position will be working for one of our Australian clients who will be focused on Digital Marketing.

Tasks:

• Proofing, formatting writing emails or keynote documents.
• Company/contact research and distill that research into insight.
• Coordination of activities our Client Success Team, including calendar management
• Helping prepare the new business and client success teams for meetings.
• Be able to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Help manage our events calendar which involves, event research, booking, negotiation (with support) and reconciliation.
• Be comfortable with Excel to create reports and dashboards including data collection, entry, cleaning, and the insights from it (with support).
