JOB DESCRIPTION

Day Shift! Above Industry Rate! Private Medical Insurance + 1 dependent, 15 days leave, Monthly Dinner & Lunch! Join Us!

Go-Va provides clients based mostly in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations company, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact daily with your client’s company, who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on-site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

Due to company growth, we are looking for an additional team member. We are now in our 500 team members, you will play a strategic part in our growth to 1000 in the next 12 months.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational or a College Diploma
  • Knowledge in Philippine mandated benefits
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Organized
  • Flexible (willing to be in the field – Government Agencies)

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the government agencies such as Mayor’s Office, City Health, Bureau of Immigration, Foreign Country Embassies, SSS, Pagibig, PhilHealth, BIR
  • Deliver and collect documents
  • Filing and processing documents with third parties and government agencies
  • Pay bills, make bank deposits in a timely manner
  • Purchase office tools, equipment, materials
  • Motorcycle driving skills
  • If with motorcycle, its a plus, we can provide gas allowance
  • knowledge in processing licenses and permits is a plus
  • Other tasks as directed by the CEO
