JOB DESCRIPTION

ResourceFull Corp is the newest outsourcing company in Clark, offering Day Shifts, Dependent Medical Insurance & Monthly Team activities from your start date.

ResourceFull Corp is the sister company to GO-VA in Cebu employing over 165 team members.  You will work in a modern office and have direct contact with your Australian clients on a daily basis.  Our clients are super generous and many send their team members to Australia for training.

About the Role:

  • Handing all Accounts and Payroll for the company
  • Handling employee benefits and concerns
  • Other related tasks from CEO/Management.

Must have:

  • Extensive knowledge of payroll with at least 400 employees
  • Previous experience in the BPO or Virtual Assistant Industry
  • Exceptional Communication Presentation SkillsApproachable Professional attitude
  • Open minded
  • Proactive
  • Creative ideas (can think outside of the box)
  • Can work under pressure
