Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.

Primary Tasks:

1. Outgoing candidate update calls to the database for key job titles and locations
2. Manage and update the applicant tracking system
3. Undertaking mailing campaigns to increase engagement and to update information on the on the database
4. Database management and cleansing. Such as removing duplicates, updating company information, removing “to be deleted Candidates.

Additional Tasks

1. Talent pooling on database of key job titles.
2. Talent pooling candidates through LinkedIn of key job titles.
3. Talent pooling on SEEK Premium Talent Search of key job titles.

You need to be:

• Comfortable in taking calls
• High in Attention to details
• Can work well in a team
• Willing to work in AS Fortuna (GoVA Office)
