Customer Service Representative (AR Representative) Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The AR representative is responsible for calling insurance companies to inquire and collect information regarding the denials of claims.
  • Review and document denied claims using billing software, including electronic claim processing.
  • Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
  • Research and appeal denied claims.
  • Other relevant duties may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any college degree
  • 6 months to 1 year of outbound call center experience
  • With Healthcare/Insurance experience is an advantage.
