JOB DESCRIPTION

Monday to Friday, Day Shift, Above Industry Rates, HMO + 1 free dependent, 15 days leaves, monthly dinner & lunch. Join Us!

Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in Go-VA office in Cebu and have a direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-VA management on site is there to support you and we provide with many benefits.

Overview:
The Executive assistant supports the CEO’s day to day, in charge of scheduling meetings, workshop preparation and any other support the CEO requires. S/he will be responsible for managing client satisfaction. This role will also assist with supporting the entire team and overlook all internal and external projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an EA (at least 3 years)

Responsibilities:

Supporting the CEO

  • Scheduling & preperation for all client meetings
  • Email Management (Manages the CEOs email inbox ensuring client satisfaction and timely responses)
  • Manages CEO calendar in a way that balances time utilisation and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with preparation and facilitation for client projects
  • Organise and plan events, external and internal, as needed
  • Organise interstate travel
  • Updates resourcing reports to assist the CEO manage the people resources of the company.
  • Ensures sales reports are kept up to date to assist the CEO manage the sales pipe.

  • LinkedIn Marketing
