Go-Va provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for handling user support inquiries submitted through 2 of our mobile applications, Shoparoo and Receipt Hog, playing a key role in the full-cycle customer support experience. If you’re a details person and want to take a deeper dive into the user experience, you’re someone we want to talk to.
An Ideal Candidate:
You’re an energetic, creative, and communicative person. Armed with excellent writing skills and knowledge of smartphone functionality as well as usage, you excel at picking things up quickly. We’re looking for someone with prior customer service experience and an interest in mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Respond to written customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Troubleshoot bug reports, investigating, logging, escalating the priority of bugs as necessary and seeing them through to resolution
• Work with technical and non-technical team members to evaluate the apps
• Act as a consumer advocate by identifying and reporting potential product enhancements and new features
• Identify trends with app experience or recurring issues

Requirements

• 1 year of previous customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient)
