Go-VA provides clients based in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations, not a BPO. You will work in Go-VA office in Cebu and have a direct contact with your Australian company on a daily basis who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-VA management on site is there to support you and we provide with many benefits.

This position will be working for an Australian client.

Primary Task

• Daily Entry on CRM database- Zoho
• Compiling and formatting matrices RTC and CVs. CV profile writing
• Sourcing suitable candidates for roles ie searching Linkedin, Zoho, Phone Screening, Screening CV.
• Daily Data entry on CRM database
• Data entry of technical posts from one spreadsheet to another
• CV profile writing
• Compiling of templates
• Compiling contractor matrices
• Formatting of RTC (Response to Criteria)
• Database searches
• Updating database
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
• Source candidates for technical roles
• Screen candidates CV’s
• Sending email to candidates
• Calling candidates to obtain updated details
• Emailing potential contractors to determine availability
• Calling candidates re current opps
• Phone screening candidates via Skype
• Coordinates with the client from time to time
• Recruitment & Sourcing on CRM
• Internet Research of current jobs opportunities
• Update applicants
• Calls to contractors to check availability
• Calling referees to do reference checks
• LinkedIn research and LinkedIn searches
• Job Posting on SEEK

Qualifications

• Advanced English Communication Skills – Written and Verbal
• Advanced Listening Skills
• 5 + years exp in Office admin
• 5 + years exp in CRM database
• 5 – 7 years + exp in Recruitment and sourcing
• 5 – 7 years + exp in Microsoft Word
• 5 – 7 years + exp in Microsoft Excel
• Show initiative
• Meet deadlines
• High attention to detail/be detailed oriented
• Willingness to learn about our business
• Can pick up tasks easily
• Can work independently
• Liaising directly with a support team, managers, and director of a company
