We provide clients based in Australia, NZ, US & UK with offshore employees. We are managed operations, not a BPO. Our team members work in the Go-Va office in Cebu or ResourceFull office in Clark and have direct contact with their clients on a daily basis, who select, train & QA them in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management is on site to support them.

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) is responsible for establishing and maintaining the firm’s relationships with key selected clients and within certain selected industry groups. This responsibility entails maintaining continuous contact with clients to both monitor ongoing projects and to develop opportunities for subsequent engagements, referrals and expanding client relationships and opportunities within the firm’s target businesses and industries. The CSC will become a key member of the management team.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience in sales, marketing or similar role in an accounting firm or other professional
   firm environment – understands the public accounting business.
2. Strong accounting skills (CPA with public accounting background preferred).
3. Ability to participate in the firm’s technology planning and implementation and continued development of our virtual office environment.
4. Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical proposals and ability to write proposals and respond to questions from clients, colleagues and the general public.
5. Ability to communicate well with partners, staff, clients and vendors.
6. Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
7. Organized and able to manage sales and marketing functions efficiently.
8. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
9. Maintains advanced computer skills, including electronic mail, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, presentation software, etc.
10. Bachelor’s degree with major course work in business administration or management, accounting, finance, human resources, technology (or comparable work experience).

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with the Managing Partner to prepare the firm’s new business development goals and monitor progress against established goals.
2. Identifies and evaluates new client opportunities and for deepening the relationships with existing clients by securing more projects.
3. Assists the Managing Partner with developing marketing campaigns designed to enhance the firm’s image and branding.
4. Adds value to existing client relationships by keeping abreast of relevant accounting, auditing or taxation issues and makes recommendations for improvements.
5. Solicits and obtains requests for proposals and supervises the proposal process including making presentations and submitting the final proposal to the potential client.
6. Work closely with technology consultants.
7. Utilizes web based social media, press releases, trade shows, professional organizations and other public relations venues to enhance awareness of the firm’s products and services.
8. Advise firm management on best practices and process improvements.
9. Assists with scheduling and coordination of firm events and communications.

CLIENT RELATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists the Managing Partner with overseeing the quality and timely completion of projects and maintains ongoing communications with clients.
2. Demonstrates professional interest in providing our clients with quality service; earns a respect of client’s Coordinators and their staffs.
3. Is knowledgeable about the scope and application of our accounting, auditing, tax and management consulting areas to bring needed professional services to clients’ and potential clients.
4. Develops acquaintances with bankers, brokers, lawyers and business leaders through civic, business community, and professional activities of his or her choosing.
5. Receives customer contacts by telephone, fax, letters, and in person. Responds to all customer inquiries and complaints; provides technical assistance to customers; documents complaints on Complaint form and distributes to required staff; determines and implements appropriate disposition.
6. Responsible for guiding and supervising compliant resolution and verifying customer satisfaction.
7. Performs and oversees client service satisfaction surveys.
8. Reports quality or any other pertinent client concerns to management as appropriate to diagnose and resolve.
9. Performs or assigns any other duties necessary related to client service or to achieve customer satisfaction.
