Go-Va provides clients based mostly in Australia with offshore employees. We are a managed operations company, not a BPO. You will work in the Go-Va office in Cebu and have direct contact daily with your client’s company, who will train you in their policies and procedures. Go-Va management on-site is there to support you and we provide you with many benefits.
For this role, you will be working with a US based client.

Our client is currently working on our incubator model. This model allows US-based clients to start up their own office in the Philippines. The position will start on GO-Va payroll and be located at the GAGFA building. On the 1st of October, the position will move to Momentfeed payroll and be located in their own office in IT Park.

INTERESTED? HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 7 plus years of experience working in above-noted functions in some combination
  • Undergraduate degree, MBA or MS a plus
  • Clearly proven track record of excellence
  • Experience Managing a team of at least 40 delivering complex/diverse deliverables
  • Experience working directly with Overseas clients – direct to client deliverables
  • Open for Flexible Shift

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own overall deliverable quality and schedule
  • Manage HR functions and T&A submissions to an accounting firm
  • Office Management
  • Own the quality of all deliverables for MomentFeed Philippines.
  • Guide and partner with your Shift and Team leads to assure Deliverable quality
  • Be the driver for continuous improvement in the organization
  • Drive the MomentFeed Philippines culture
  • Manage the HR function – performance reviews and raises, workplace professionalism, schedule and track PTO, oversee hiring process as well as assure compliance with Federal guidelines for employers
  • Have Empathy, never ask a MomentFeeder to do something you would not do yourself nor treat them in a way you would not want to be treated
  • Manage to our Employee handbook policies and assure we are in compliance
  • Respond to questions and complaints from employees
  • Oversee Office management functions including team activities, coordinating maintenance, and general upkeep

HIGHLY VALUED ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Social Media Marketing experience – social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Foursquare, etc.)
  • SaaS software experience
  • Quality Certifications Six Sigma ASQ MBB
  • Experience in certified facilities: ISO 27000/9000, COPC 2000, e-SCM, PCMM, SCP
